Mr. Kandelker is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is a skilled leader in sales, marketing strategy, and business process improvement.

Mr. Kandelker is a strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Finance, from Bar-Ilan University. After completing over 1,000 real estate transactions over the past 10 years, he is a master at crafting the best investment plan for you and seeing it through to a profitable conclusion.

Mr. Kandelker along with a partner company, Realife USA, are responsible for market analysis, deal negotiations, acquisition due diligence and assisting with arranging financing.

Mr. Oron is a Co-Founder of Go Life Capital, he is primarily responsible for all asset-management initiatives with main focus on multi-family asset repositioning. He maintains a deep, large-scale, investor relations and deal sourcing network. He is responsible for acquisition, value enhancement and realization activities, covering the full value cycle across an entire portfolio. Mr. Oron has developed unique expertise pertaining to implementation of space efficiency measures; transformation of old spaces into modern livable environments, and a tasteful sense for modern designs.

His network of global contacts in the real estate market is dynamic, and he adjusts to the economic cycle and current trends to ensure consistent growth for national investors.

Mr. Salman is a third generation to a family of real estate developers. Founder and President of Pivot Point Corp, an investment firm with 16 years of experience in identifying unique commercial opportunities, analyzing deal viability, forecasting, analyzing construction costs and sales.

Throughout his career, Jesse has worked across the entire chain of real estate development, which allowed him to develop managerial skills at every level. With a creative approach to resolving challenges and promoting real estate in the wholesale and retail spaces, he brings important values to our team.

Mr. Salman resides in Florida where he is responsible for identifying potential strategic partners in the US and Latin America. He is involved with forming real estate ventures in emerging markets and acquisition of multi-family apartment complexes for unrealized potential and future development. He is an equity partner in ongoing development projects in Portugal, Israel and the USA.

Mr. Asimes is the Director of Acquisitions for Go Life Capital, where he is responsible for due diligence, legal, and financing multi-family, office, and retail acquisitions. Since joining the company, he has helped close more than $50 million in investments across more than a dozen transactions.

Previous, he was a Development Associate with the RMS Corporations, where he led commercial leasing and assisted with the construction and development of the $100 million mixed-use project, Van Aken District in Shaker Heights, Ohio. In addition to real estate, he has experience in finance, banking, and law.

Mr. Asimes earned his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
